St Patricks Day and Good Luck to Rikey!

Today we are combining a double celebration!
It is the national day of Ireland and the day that our beloved owner, Rikey Austin, makes her move to the Emerald Isle!

Alice's Bear Shop would not exist without Rikey Austin and her vision. She is an author, environmentalist, designer, shop owner, hospital owner and all round good egg!
Alhough Lyme Regis in Dorset has been their home for many years, Rikey and her husband Paddy have decided that it is time for a new adventure and they are moving to southern Ireland. Their plans are many and varied and they have assured us that they have nothing to do with their proximity to the Magners Cider factory!
The shop and hospital are carrying on as they are but we will miss Rikey being around - mainly for the filthy anecdotes!
