To all out lovely customers our bricks and mortar shop and hospital is closing for a short while so that we can redecorate and reorganise our space.
The online shop will remain open but the bricks and mortar shop is closed.
Alice's Hospital for Poorly Bears and Dolls is continuing to repair lots of precious companions but this is being done off site from the main hospital in our Nightingale wards. Rest assured that if you have a patient waiting for their repairs they have been safely packed away from any dust and paint!
Please do not visit the hospital at the moment as we will not be able to let you in.
If you have a patient that has been repaired and you would like to collect them please contact us by email on info@alicesbearshopuk.com. We will be in touch to make special arrangements for you.
Due to the refurbishment phone calls may not be answered straight away - if possible please email us with your query.
