Rare 1950's Handmade Silk Mohair Thuringia Terrier

This rare handmade 1950's  silk mohair Thuringia Terrier would be an asset to any terrier collector or dog lover!!!

With his front brown floppy ears and glass amber eyes ,how could you resist this cute little face!

His beige mohair is discoloured from age ,but he is still adorable in every way!

He has been hand painted with black and red to distinguish his markings and has a black embroidered nose and mouth.

He has wire poseable legs and is wood fibre filled. Unfortunately the end of a wire has slightly gone through the mohair on one paw (see pictures) ....well what do you expect if he has been standing for over 70 years !

To finish him off he is proudly wearing a red plastic collar with a bow.

 This Terrier is 14cm from front feet to the top of his head.

This is a collectors item ,not suitable for children.
