British Merry Thought Collectors Edition "Bill Badger"-Jointed Mohair Bear in Presentation Box

Established in 1930 Merrythought has been hand making the quintessential British teddy bear for over 90 years from the World-famous factory in Ironbridge Shropshire, each bear has a unique character and superior quality which can last a lifetime.

This enchanting RARE Bill Badger was originally intended to be a Limited Edition of 10,000 pieces, but unfortunately due to problems with the license agreement, this was not fulfilled. Consequently, these beautiful Bears have become highly collectable, and are much sought after. This Limited-Edition Bill Badger Bear by Merrythought stands 25cm tall and is crafted from luxurious mohair. His fabulous display box features glorious colour images, on all sides, taken from the much-loved children’s books.
